glass greenhouse

Hi everyone,

I've learned alot for this forum, hoping you can give me some more info.

I'm in So.Cal. I ordered a glass gh, it will be in full sun. Would like to grow orchids, tomatoes, other flowering plants. I'm worried gh will get too hot, plants will burn... I'm thinking of applying a 3m film (prestige70)

visible light transmission is 68%,(infrared energy rejected-97%, luminous efficacy-not less than 1.17) Will this be enough light for flowering plants? I can also put film only on roof and west facing windows. BTW, I have shade cloth, but don't want to constantly, open-close. Thanks
