What's your mix ratio?

Years ago, I always ran my LB's @ 32:1 using petroleum base/multi purpose Pennzoil Oil and was fine. I then switched to a semi-syn racing motor x oil @ 32:1, which also was good, alot less smoke and actually cleaned some carbon deposits as it ran. Now I'm using some left over newer Echo oil @ 40:1 without any real comparison yet. I intend to fully switch over to a fully synthetic oil which the manu says for best results mix from 32:1 to 40:1, but can be mixed from 20:1 to 50:1. I usually add a shot of MMO for each gallon as well. I'm going to rebuild my F series soon completely, and was wondering if there really should be a specific ratio or oil type used for breakin, or just go straight with the fully synthetic @ 40:1 with or without the MMO for breakin? I would like to run the 40:1 all the way around for my newer saws and trimmer as well, but don't really buy into the manus recommedations of a 50:1 in 95 degree heat screaming at 6 to 8,000 rpm!
