One Rose: Both Bush and Climber? What's the difference?

I was reading up on the thread about Lady Hillingdon. I went to HMF to look her up, after seeing Olga's beautiful photo of her 8' specimen. HMF had her listed once as a Tea, and again as a Tea Climber. It's the same as with Cecile Brunner and Climbing Cecile Brunner. How can the same rose be both a bush and a climber? I always thought climbing roses were simply large bushes that the gardener "trained" to "climb". Not a different rose.

Can anyone help me understand this?

Thanks!
