Is this a workable greenhouse plan?

I have limited funds to begin a greenhouse project which I hope could be 4 seasons.

What I am thinking about is a Shelterlogic 10x10x8 kit. I would also place a 12x12 clear poly tarp over the structure (also secured by ground anchors to grommets in the tarp) when temps were low.

Floor would be paving stones over black fabric. I know that I would need to find a way reduce heat loss at the end pieces. Probably by butting up 4x4x10s inside and out.

I would heat the greenhouse with a 1500w Delonghi oil filled electric heater and also have a fan to circulate the air.

I am located in western North Carolina at about 2300 feet. Most of the winter is "mild" with nighttime temps in the 20s, but there are always a few nights in the single digits. Winds can get high. Not much snowfall.

My goal is to grow tomatoes, peppers and other produce in the greenhouse all winter.

Comments? Suggestions? Or am I just nuts?
