Tradenscantia-good for dry shade?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out what to plant in my dry shady front yard. Three Oaks suck up all water available, I can only water with watering cans. I would like something that speads and likes these conditions. I was thinking of Spiderwort, Epimedium and Bigroot geranium. Any other thoughts/suggestions welcome. Thanks!

Jen
