Rose of Sharon - Transplanted

My sister gave me three (3) good-sized ROS this year that I transplanted from her front bed to a bed at my house about 4-weeks ago. She had pruned them back at the end of last year and they're about 2ft. wide x 6ft. high; I removed them and have been giving them good doses of root stimulant fertilizer as I'm sure some of the 'bigger' roots were cut to permit removal from the original bed.

Two questions: Are these ROS going to live / can the smaller roots establish the plant? And if so, when can I expect to see leaf buds and leafing out of the ROS? I'm new to this plant...and have no idea when this typically occurs. For reference, the bradford pears just open bloomed this past weekend.

Thanks.
