China Doll, Cl. or Otto Linne

Has anyone noticed these two roses looking the same?
I was at the Dallas Arboretum and they had signs for both
China Doll, Cl. or Otto Linne in front of the roses but they looked exactly the same. SO if these rose aren't twins I'm guessing they were marked wrong.
Just wondering because I know of several roses going by two different names just thought I would ask if this rose was as well?
