Making Greenhouse w/ PVC & Galvanized Pipe - need suggestion

Hi fellow farmers and dirt lovers! I need some suggestions. I am building a greenhouse (or trying to) with materials that I have on hand. I have 16 galvanized EMT pipes w/ no threads that I plan to use for the sides of the green house. They are 1 1/4". I will put 8 on each side about 2 feet apart pretty much like a hoop house.

Then for the roof I want to join 3/4" PVC to the tops of the EMT and arch it over to the other side where it will meet it's opposite EMT pipe. I will end up w/ straight EMT sides with an arched PVC roof.

I need ideas on what fittings i can use to transition from the EMT to the PVC. I hope i have explained this well enough!! Picture a hoop house w/ straight sides!

I would really appreciate the help and advice!!! Thanks everyone!
