Do I REALLY need treat wood trusses?

Hi all,

I am in the midst of planning my Greenhouse/shed. Unheated, 12x16, 10 ft walls, supported on a treated deck type frame. I was thinking about using decking for the floor inside along with treated sheathing around the outter perimeter for wall to sit on. Insulated walls. The deck would be surrounded by cementboard at the bottom sunk into the ground and insulated on the inside. Might this help to take advantage of a the geo-thermal warmth?

Here is the question. Would I be asking for trouble if I didn't used treated framing above the deck floor? for walls and trusses? This will be used fairly minimally as a greenhouse. Not really for any huge production. I am planning on starting seeds etc. How much humidity can I expect?

Thanks in advance!
