What to do with shrub that's leaning over?

Hi all,

I can't remember when I planted this "autumn jazz" viburnum.....maybe 10 years ago or more. It only got afternoon sun. Maybe that's why it grew so tall. its about 12' high. Its right next to the house. We had alot of wind and rain the other day, and now all its branches are bent over almost to the ground. it was probably also top-heavy from all the flowers on it. I don't mind it being leaned over, and would like to let the flowers turn into berries. But come fall, should I cut it back? I think it will have to be severe, because if I leave these branches leaning over all summer, they are going to be really bent. I can try to tie ropes around all the branches, to hold it more upright.......but I think the branches are weak now, since they've been bent so much.

Suggestions? Thanks.
