mystery vine

This vine is growing on a fence at the local cooperative extension center - the extension agent has no idea what it is and I have spent 6 hours trying to ID it with no results. The berries have a white pulp with large seeds; I believe the vine is deciduous and with flowers that do not put on a showy display, or I would have noticed it. The leaves are deltoid, with fairly small teeth along the edge; birds seem to show no interest in the berries, and the leaves are remarkably free of signs of disease! There is some reason to think the vine is native, but that's not certain.
