Winter Aconite seeds germinated in fridge...now what?

Hello,

In the spring I collected seeds from my single winter aconite, and placed them in the fridge in a ziplock bag with a moist paper towel. I had some plan for them which I forgot about, and just rediscovered them. I had a peek, and found that they have germinated!

I'm not sure what to do with seeds that have germinated this late in the season. If I pot them up now, will they do OK if I grow them outside until it's cold, then keep them indoors over the winter? Any suggestions?

Alex
