One thing about her, here, is that there are NO disease problems in our conditions. And the petal count and petal substance are such that G. Nabonnand ALWAYS opens cleanly. In my conditions, this would be a perfect "first OGR" for an adventurous gardener. :-)
We LOVE this rose in our garden. Of all the tea roses we ordered band-size from Vintage, this one grew the fastest. The blooms are just gorgeous - the photos captures them exactly. And it's thornless so I could put it where there is some traffic. And it blooms its head off. Ours is nearly 5' tall now and probably 4 1/2' wide - about 6 years old. I've taken cuttings from it (it's rooted nicely) and now have it in a second location in our garden and would like to spread it further. This is a great rose for coastal Calif.
