Sowing in trays........Advice please

Good Morning. I have sown some seeds in a Jiffy/Pod tray which include......Hibiscus, Kale walking stick, Day lilly seed, & pansies. There are about 70 Jiffy Pods in the tray.

I have 2 Hibiscus seeds, 1 kale seed that have germinated and are barely sticking up out of the pod soil, looking white in color.

I am confused in a couple of areas.

Do i need to leave them in the dark so the rest of the seeds will germinate?

Should i take the germinated pods out & place in tray where they recieve light?

Can i uncover the whole tray From Darkness & the seeds still under will germinate?

If i take the lid off the others will dry out very fast.

If i leave the germinated ones in there will they be to wet and just rot?

I almost think these trays cause me more confusion. I have always just planted in pot, but due to arm surgery i decided to use Jiffy Tray.

I would really appreciate your knowledge & advise.

Thank you.

Enjoy your day!

Tonia
