Need help on sizing uv filter and brand recommendations

I've tried to search this topic, but still need your help on more specifics.

Our pond is approx. 17,000 gallons. The pump flow rate is 7,500 gallons per hour. We have a Challenger 100 bead biofilter. Our pond is largely in full Florida sun. We have maybe 30-50 one inch goldfish (started out with 7, but they have bred, otters come over and eat them....long story). The fish get very little food. About every other day they get fed a few very small pellets. Our pond is a little over a year old and just in the last month has turned green with a lot of turbidity.

We have decided to get a uv filter, but need help figuring out how many watts to get. We were thinking about 200 watts? Also, would like to know what brands are reliable. We plan on ordering online and installing ourselves. Seems pretty easy, no? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Anna
