Keep in mind that producing keikeis is very energy intensive and stressful for the mother plant. Since the plant is already stressed from its ordeal, you may want to try again later once the plant has fully recovered. I'd wait until it blooms again and put out more roots. The "Mother" plant should be of some size and be in top health.

I hate to bring this up but if your phal has a lot of aerial roots than there is the possibility that it may not have any living roots in the pot. Normally a lot of Aerial roots isn't a bad thing but on occasion I've found that there are an over abundance of aerial roots because the planting medium is unsatisfactory to the plant. If that's the case it's probably too wet and the roots have died in the pot. However, you will not know for sure until you repot it. As you can see there are several schools of thought on what to do with the aerial roots when you repot. Personally, if you find a lot of fat healthy green/yellowish roots in the pot than I wouldn't try to pot the aerials. Even when you fully hydrate them if you start trying to move them into the pot you can break them. However, if you break them that doesn't NECESSARILY mean they will die. So if you are potting the aerials and they break just finish up getting them comfortable and a few of the broken ones may survive. If you find that you don't have any healthy roots in the pot than you want to get at least a few of the aerials down into the new medium. It shouldn't be a case of all or nothing. I think aerial roots add to the overall charm of a phal so don't try to bury them if you don't need to.

Just repot it. The worst the plant will do is throw it's blooms. This would result in it investing more nergy in the growth of leaves and roots. Which isn't so bad either. It also might simply produce more blooms instead. Orchids can be funny that way. I've got one that after beeing repotted in bloom went into a sulk and has yet to do anything else but produce leaves and roots and another that's been blooming for three years now while being repotted more than once. The spike is starting to look kind of strange... Good luck with your plant. :)
