OH, I really don't know ....is it supposed to ? I was asking the identity for a friend I havent seen in years but we communicate online .

Hoya carnosa 'Variegata', not kerrii. Nice plant. Not sure I would describe the smell as 'nice', but they are certainly strongly scented.

I agree with WW about the smell. I used to really like mine, but in the past few years it has been covered with many blooms for most of the year. They smell sweetly chocolaty and too cloying for my sense of smell. I finally had to give it away!

Not only is it a nice plant, but a very happy one too. It is actually quite uncommon to see blooms as most of us either water too much, too little or move the plant too often to allow it to flower.
