Name That Plant!

Tall plant with flowers help identify

Hello all, I have had this plant in my garden for years and don't know what it is. It gets tall, usually between 3 and 4 ft. the stems remind me of bamboo sorta the way it sections but is more fibrous like celery. The flowers dangle and are delicate looking. Remind me of orchids. Mine are white but I've seen them with pink ones too. When they go to seed the pods POP! when they are ready, throwing the seeds. They are VERY good at reseeding.
