Help identifying terrestrial orchid in backyard

tropicaljules

After living in our Miami home for over 5 years, we just happened upon this interesting plant. About 5 of these plants have emerged from the leaf debris that surrounds a large tree. The flower is tiny, about the size of a pinky fingernail, and appears to have characteristics of an orchid. The leaf pattern is similar to a lady slipper, but the flower does not have the distinctive "cup" element. Any help in identifying this plant is appreciated.
