Have any of you seen this classic film lately? It hasn't been on here at all and on our DVR program list,it hasn't been listed a single time. There are tons of those made for TV feel good Christmas stories and I just don't enjoy them for some reason. I miss James Stewart and Donna Reed.

I saw it the other day but can't remember which channel.
TCM is showing all the Christmas movies.
Margaret O'Brien in Tenth Avenue Angel is on now.

One of my all-time favourite films.

I love James Stewart. I love old films. I need to buy a DVD copy . . .

Christine - Last Snowflake and Arctic Lace are both wonderful. It depends on what your reason for having one of them is. For sheer beauty, I would pick Last Snowflake. The bloom is larger and more voluptuous. Also it blooms later, and later is always a plus factor for me. If you want one that looks really white, pick Arctic Lace. If you want to hybridize with a near white, Arctic Lace is the better pod parent, but Last Snowflake's pollen is very potent. This year Arctic Lace is the better budded and the better rebloomer. Last Snowflake is supposed to have a lot more buds than Arctic Lace, but it doesn't here. Where I have the two planted may play a role in that discrepancy. My final recommendation is get Last Snowflake first and then add Arctic Lace later. Debra

One of my favorite movies! I didn't see it this year. An old movie theater near my former apartment plays it on the big screen every year. Lots of fun.

It's a great movie with an even better message: love life and get the most of it, no matter if rich or poor. Enjoy a sunset, a ladybug, a flower, the smile of a loved one. We are blessed beyond what money can buy. Love is what life is all about.
