surfhead - Koi has mini-scratch marks. What level of concern?

Surfhead,

First how I got here. I was in the pond Sunday repositioning a couple of lily tubs, cleaning excess debris from bottom (yeah yeah, I know I post that comment on other posting, but I always shower and NEVER put my head under) Anyway. it was (the water has since started to clear up) murky and in my work I startled a fish around my feet.

This past Tuesday when I was observing my fish, I notice my chagoi had three mini-scratches (@ 1 inch long) in its scales. Just on the surface.

What is your recommendation? Should I observe more? She seems fine - no change in habits.

Or attempt to isolate as a precaution. I'm a little leary of doing a capture because I think because of my inexperience in these matters I brought my last deceased fish (the other fish in the picture above) early to death's door because of my mishandling / "Q" tank set-up (I over reacted).

Remember I'm also running my pond presently at .14% salt. So is this (salt) a benefit or cause for concern with this fish?

Thanks for your input,

LP
