I used Webbs Water Gardens 3 years ago for my liner. That is the same company. I believe they shipped promptly but it was 3 years so I have forgotten the details. I thought at the time it was the best deal, but I may have missed something. They certainly treated me well or I would have remembered that. Remember, that roll is heavy. I got about the same size. ALSO if you spread out the liner on a lawn on a warm day, you will at least temporarily brown the grass. Fortunately it was mainly weeds and it sort of recovered.

I bought my liner from them. But I live close enough that I picked it up.

I have purchased liner and other things from them in the past and have had very good sucess. Although no liner shipping prices are good, they beat everyone else.
