This may be a minor issue for some traders, but better IDs (scientific names for more exact specification) might help. "Quince" for instance could be one of the species in the Chaenomeles genus, Pseudocydonia sinensis, or maybe even Aegle marmelos. Also, some plants don't come true from seed. So seed from Lagerstroemia indica 'Whit VII' (Siren Red Crape Myrtle) do not produce Siren Red Crape Myrtles! They are simply plain Lagerstroemia indica. If the seeds are from a real Siren Red Crape, as opposed to a seedling you grew, then you could mention that the seeds came from Siren Red (but they wouldn't be Siren Red). Whether or not these types of issues really make a lot of difference when it comes to your average GardenWeb seed trader, I don't know. I've offered things that were semi-rare before, that I expected people to want, and got zero interest. I've also posted stuff that was so common you could probably just go out in the yard and grab some anywhere, and people wanted it. Sometimes these things just aren't meant for us to understand. And, BTW, I don't know the specifics regarding the lady that wanted to specify how you'd send the seeds, but, if it was in regards to packaging, seeds that are not protected during shipment are frequently a complete loss. IF that was the request, I don't really blame her (depending on how she asked of course). I would have no interest in getting seeds mailed to me in a plain envelope, even if they were seeds I had been looking for for a long time.

I think tile is the equivalent to 'My Precious'! Which is why we want it to be just right! Not an issue for most, but those of us who frequent GW Bath Forum are a special bunch! :>) Surprisingly, even the tile places don't seem to get it, I think they just want you to make a choice, pay for it, and get out of there! It took me close to 4 years before I found the perfect BS for my kitchen, so I wasn't surprised at how long it took to pick a tile for the BR. I thought I had it all chosen, I was wafflng between two 12" square slate look porcelain tiles for the floor and a quilted white large rectangle (can't remember if it was 12 X 24 or smaller) for the shower walls, and ended up with 12 X 24 limestone looking porcelain tiles for both BR floor and shower walls! I love my tile (see it everyday piled up on the floor in my Main bath, still not installed...sigh). I am SO confident that it is the right choice, just had this nagging feeling in my gut that I wasn't 100% certain of my first one. My advice is to keep going, once you find something you love, be sure to bring home at least 5 tiles (if they are stone or stone replica) so that you can see the colour and pattern variance. My first limestone looking tile had NO variance what so ever! If I had ordered it without seeing 5 samples I would have been SO disappointed!

1st you need to find out if you do have 3 phase. That is commercial and it should not be ran to your home. You can call your electric company and ask them if they have 3 phase going to your home. next you need to know the dimensions of your parapet walls(boxes) and it would be good to know the dimensions of the old systems you have now. Next you will need to look and find out how the duct comes into the package systems. Does it come from the side or from the bottom. If it comes from the bottom, the A/C contractor will have to set what as known as a curb which the package unit will sit on. I would suggest that you find a contractor who does roof top package units. Trane and Carrier are known for their package units and they have a commercial branch that is totally dedicated to commercial applications even though you have a residential home. Arizona, has many residential rooftop applications you should feel confident in the contractor first. Then look at price. If the guy is way out in left field but you like him. Call him back and talk price. Either he will justify his costs or he may give you a discount to seal the deal and then you have your confidence and price to boot.
