Dend nobile

I have the biggest Dend. nobile I have ever seen and it is full of keikis, so many keikis that soon the plant will be nothing but airborne keikis instead of individual pbs. The keikis have roots 9-12" long and the roots in the pot are crawling all over and dangling out of the azalea type pot. It clearly needs repotting and is top heavy, as it cannot stand on its own w/o falling over. Now, how do I repot this dude?

I was wondering if I could just settle it into a big wooden basket and allow it to crawl all over the slats bz I can't tackle a task like this, and I might kill it. It is in full morn/partial p.m. sun and does not complain. It blooms when it supposed to (big ole yellow flowers) from the remaining pbs and just sits there looking like a medusa. Do I just leave well alone? It is almost 2 ft high.
