Holes In The Garden

I am a first time gardener with little experience. I have 5 raised beds with tomatoes, peppers, okra, melon, watermelon, peas, squash, and ground cherries. Everything has been going great and really exploading over the past 2 weeks. Tonight, I went out to pull a few weeds and check on things and noticed 4 or 5 holes in the garden. Looks like little things, not very big. See the picture.

I have seen ground squirrels and rabbits in our yard - we just moved in over the winter. Neighbors say that there have been moles in our neighborhood. In the picture I attached, you can see that they're close to my tomato plants. However, some of the other holes are right on the side of the raised bed, not close to too much (althought I assume they could be after the root system).

Can anyone help me identify the critter from the picture and maybe some thoughts on getting rid of them? I did have my Siberian Husky over by the garden a lot tonight hoping to give off his scent.

Thank you!!
