Looks like a zygopetalum to me. Which one, no body knows.

Zygos have thick, heavy petals. These are paper thin. The labellum sticks straight out, parallel to the ground, and is curved like a shallow bowl. Slight orchid scent.

I went looking and couldn't find a pic of a zygo that looks like this.

I'd guess some type of phaius.

I have a very similiar orchid that I bought as a NOID. It may have some of the same genetics. Here is what I found that is pretty much identical to mine. Zygonisia.

Joey, thanks, I believe that's it!!! I know enough about orchids to know this was something I'd never seen before, none of the usual suspects. This is pretty much identical to mine, too. Mine is unfortunately going out of bloom just a few days after I bought it. Hope it will bloom again this year.
