Repot my Phal

Lost my last flower and immediately took it out of its pot. Its the first time i've seen the roots..and most of them were dead...which is what i suspected when it was in bloom and the top roots looked awful . Entered pictures here a couple of weeks ago on what it looked like. The grower stuffed it with spagnum moss only. I kept some of it and added Orchid soil to it. I soaked it before repotted. Put it into a small clay pot into a bit larger one. I fertilized too. I had cut back the spike to the lowest node, and orchid expert recommended doing this as a good chance to get it to bloom again not to long in the future. We'll see.
