Need ID for strange house plant

This plant is a transplant off of one my father found at a greenhouse and it was the only one there. The leaves are firm, not fleshy, and pea pod shaped, approximately 3 to 4 inches in length (picture shown). The plant itself behaves like a vine, and will put out tube-like roots at the end of leaf clusters, much like a spider plant (picture shown). The small buds shown will be little clusters of white, jasmine shaped and scented flowers that smell stronger at night(picture shown). It seems to like moist soil and full sun, however is kept in a sunny window in the winter and was just moved out, causing the yellowing.
