Help with soil test results please

I finally did a soil test for a couple of planting beds, but the results will only help if I know how to fix the problem areas. That's where you guys come in -- can anyone interpret the results, or better yet, tell me what the best way is to address each problem? Now that I mention it, I don't even know which items even are problem areas.

Bed#1

Texture - sand

pH - Neutral 7.0

Organic Matter Content- Medium

Immediately Available Soil Nutrients (Poor, Low, Med, High):

Nitrates - Low

Phosphorus - Medium

Potassium - Medium

Calcium - Medium

Calculated Availability of Minerals:

Iron - Low

Manganese - Low

Zinc - Poor

Bed#2

Texture - sand

pH - Neutral 7.1

Organic Matter Content- Low

Immediately Available Soil Nutrients:

Nitrates - Low

Phosphorus - Low

Potassium - Medium

Calcium - Medium

Calculated Availability of Minerals:

Iron - Low

Manganese - Low

Zinc - Low

Both beds have a mixture of shredded wood & newly added chopped leaves for mulch. Add compost? Thoughts on the pH?

Thanks
