Yes. Any plants that do come from self-sown seed may or may not resemble the parents. But still a good way to get some nice plants, when it works. Like I said, all my efforts with this group (Many years ago) were less than successful, due to attempting to use them in the same, highly-improved soil as I grow all our other stuff in. Way too rich and fertile. Leaves, leaves, and more leaves. I think I might have had one blossom! +oM

It is trumpet vine, Campsis radicans, and is native to the eastern US, NOT Venezuela!! It is a very aggressive spreader once established and will send out shoots from its root system over a considerable distance. Many who have planted this in a small garden find this extremely problematic as these shoots will pop up everywhere, even through cracks in paving and in any nearby planting areas and long after the original vine has been cut down or removed.
