The second plant looks like Sedum Angellina. They like lots of sun. Thé first might be a Penstemon or Salvia. A better close up of the flowers and leaves would help.

Oh boy. pic 1/2 - i see a melocactus - a lobivia-echinopsis that i have but havent id-ed - mammillaria elongata - ferocactus hystrix -parodia ottonis -2 pachycereus pringlei - pilosocereus gouneli -tricho and maybe haageocereus next to it - maybe a parodia scopa albispina also in background - maybe a some kind of gymnocalycium(spiny, dark green, stubby)
