Bermuda in NC should I just accept it?

Several years ago I found a grass spreading in my fescue lawn here in Raleigh NC. I tried hitting it with round up for a couple of years but it kept coming back. Finally I identified it as a wild bermuda grass. It has gotten bigger over the years and I noticed this summer it looks way better than the fescue. I have watched this over the winter and it does brown but so does the fescue to some extent. So my question is should I just accept my fate and let this bermuda happen? I know there will be trimming but I think if it is cut frequently and fertilized it actually looks pretty good and maybe I will not have to rebuild it every year like the fescue. Note that I still plan on aerating and will put down some fescue seed in a month or so.

So if I can't beat it should I join it? What do you think?
