Concerned about unusually mild temps and lack of chill

So far, we've not clocked a single hour of chill, our lowest temp has been 49F. Our average lows for November run around 39F and December runs around 37F here in the Santa Cruz mountains, elevation 500-2,500 feet. So far the average for the month is 12-15F above this. We just had a mild storm come through with more subtropical moisture, and above normal temps are coming back into the forecast for coastal mountains and valleys.

We usually have warm days as late as December, but nights are normally quite cold, in the 30's and 40's, so to have such mild overnight lows is very unusual.

is anyone else experiencing unusual mild temperatures on the West coast? What are the symptoms of lack of chill on apples, pears, and stone fruits?
