This is an old witch made from old barnwood & rafia...I put her in the little vignette by the basement door. This wk I made 4 more of these witches with "lime green hair"...taking them to Farmers' Market.

This is a tin pumpkin face I got on clearance a couple yrs. ago at H.Lobby...looks good on the old barn board...and the owl someone painted on this old jug...got for $1 a flea mrkt.

Everything looks wonderful, but I am so in love with that old iron wall hanger!! I knew last year that it would be so cool to decorate. What a super find in it. I really like the basket and the raven grass.

Still going to be 100 or more for another week, then "cool down" to 92 Weather Guy says. Jeeez.

Your fall decorations are beautiful, Jeanne! That iron hanger is so classy! You did a great job on that witch, and I bet you sold out of them! You must not have squirrels there-- I can't put real pumpkins and gourds out, and in fact, something took a big bite out of a couple of my fake ones last fall!

Love the barnwood witch, will tell my son to take a look, he will make 1 for his yard I'll bet!!Love the gourds & the painted houses cement tree round!1 So much to take in!! Thanks for the tour!! Jan PS that size board used on witch makes a great grave marker . Mine says "Dracula" then about 6 in. down "he sleeps here" further down "sometimes" I just used black permanent marker,have to go over every 4-5 yrs. you print it kind of roughly so looks old.

Here's another Fall pic...this vine tree I got after Christmas sales...always wanted one of these...have seen some artisans make them with grapevines! The piano bench I got last yr. at a ts..$18, I think...and the pretty round quilted cloth last mo. at an estate sale for $4...so I added some Fall decor ...and now I can enjoy this Fall tree as I look out at the porch garden...still blooming...no hard frost yet.

I like it!!! Are you going to change the decorations for Christmas? Now I have to look for one of those trees!!

Somehow I missed this post before today, so I'm adding my comments now. I always love your decorations! Really love all the things you do with barn board. And your iron work planter is wonderful!

New kid here. Love everything especially the birds on the top shelf on the bakers rack! Perfect Fall mood.

I really love the basket on the first pic. It looks so fall. The trees are turning here. It was in the low 70's then fell to 60's.

Every thing looks so good:) I've never seen a witch like that, I'm loving it! And the grapevine tree...beautiful. I'm wondering if I could do that by wrapping grapevine around a tomato cage, I could make a tree for the front porch like that. Is that a quilt block the grapevine tree sits on?

Kudzu - That is a quilt cover that I got at an estate sale last month for $4 ... her grandma had made it...she called it a table cover...there is a circle in the center that you can't see in my pic. You may be able to use a tomato cage and grapevine...I think that would work...I've seen an artisan make them for church bazaar & they are wonderful! She adds live "bittersweet" and autumn leaves...lots of work! Pic below may help you.

Bright - Here's a pic when I got the tree earlier in the yr. decorated for Valentine's...yeah, I plan on having fun with it for Christmas. It's prettier lit up at night.

Jeanne, everything looks fantastic! I like your window you got last year and how you decorated it. The barn wood witch is adorable. I covet that little jug with the owl on it! And what a great idea to paint a little village out of scallopped edging! Love the grapevine tree too. You did a wonderful job decorating it.
