LB 10685 vs Toro 20073 - What's the Difference?

Hi again,
Last week, I asked about the Toro 20073 and a Troy-Bilt. With your help, I've ruled out the Troy. As much as I'd like a Honda engine, I'd rather have the overall quality and durability of all the other parts of the Toro.
I see now that the LB 10685 is essentially the same mower as the Toro 20073 and it costs $20 less at Home Depot. The only differences I can see:
- The LB has an adjustable height handle while the Toro does not (a big plus to me).
- The LB bag is easier to take on and off. (a small plus)
- The front wheels on the LB are wider. (easier on the lawn, perhaps?)
- The Toro is one inch wider (22")
- The Toro is rated as a better mulcher by consumer reports (although I don't understand why if they're essentially the same design.)
Have I got this about right? Have I missed any significant differences? Why would the Toro cost more?
Thanks again for any help you can provide.
