What would you do with these grafts?...

Hey friends,

I grafted for the first time last March and had better than expected results. The scionwood I used were cuttings from pruning my own trees and then a few pieces from a very old tree in PA. The wood from the trees in PA means a lot to me. So I'll just post those results. I probably should have pruned them to grow a one-year whip style but... I didn't.

All scionwood was grafted to Bud 9 stock... I'd like to have some Bud 9 rootstock trees from these grafts to use as staked trees or trellised trees.

The two grafts in the first pic at least have a considerable amount of upright growth. Should I prune all except the one most upright and make it the central leader?

The second pic doesn't really have any upright growth to claim as the central leader, but I could use cuttings from it for next year grafts. What would you do?
