Getting rid of weeds on St. Augustine?

Hi guys,

My St. Augustine is finally awaking from it's dormancy and is greening up like wild fire.

Problem is, my neighbors do NOT take care of their lawns, and I've got dandelions, and some other weeds everywhere. I think one of the types is barnyard grass... Also, some clover like stuff, and some henbit looking crap. Also, I got this crap that spreads like wild fire... it has small leaves, and spreads really fast, and eventually sprouts pink flowers an in ch or two across.

My front yard isn't so bad. Dandelions everywhere, but I'm going to use a weed hound on those. Out back is a different story.... The barnyard grass or nutsedge or crabgrass or whatever it might be is annoying and all over the place, as is that crap that sprouts the pink flowers.

I have a feeling the st. augustine will choke a lot of it out as it greens up and comes back to life, but what else can I do besides mechanical removal?
