Amazon has the glow in the dark paints... from a website called www.GlowInc.com. If you have Amazon prime, it's cheaper to get them on Amazon because of the free shipping. Probably cheaper anyway, because the shipping on GlowInc was over $10 for a 2 ounce bottle of paint. I didn't check to see if it would go down considerably if ordering more bottles. I also saw that the Green glow paint lights up the most. Somewhere in there, I read that green was the brightest and that you should check the brightness rating. So I checked various colors on Amazon. They all have a statement like this in the description. The example is from the green paint. "Highest Grade Strontium Aluminate Pigments (grade 0, Brightness Rating 33000 mcd/m2) Glow in the Dark Pigment for Paints" To compare the other colors, brightness rating is as follows: Blue: 9416 Pure Blue: 3209 White: 2471 Purple: 913 This fits with what I read elsewhere, which stated that purple is very difficult to 'recharge' and doesn't glow very brightly. If you compare all of those numbers with the green at 33000, you can see that green is far brighter than any other color, even the blue (which comes the closest). I also saw that some other companies offered glow paint.. but satisfaction ratings weren't always good, from what I saw. This brand is supposedly the best and brightest. I do think I will try this. Your link points to the lights on Amazon and the heading says "Long Lasting for Christmas Tree and Room Decorations." However, after reading some reviews, I am not sure you will get what is advertised. I bought a small set at BBB for an outside planter. Now after reading the reviews about "weatherproof", I am going to make sure that my light cord and plug in are in a plastic baggie and hidden well under foliage.

Hi Our new self-built home has a glass roof lantern over what will be our dining table. Having looked at lots of lighting options, the effect I'd really like is the soft light of fairy lights garlanded around the bottom of the lantern. Can these lights be wired in? The room is open to our garden room, which will have pendants and I will have additional table lamps. It's proving to be one of the most difficult choices in the build! Thanks in advance for any advice / thoughts

I’d like to get lights either shining on to this chandelier or on it. I tried battery operated fairy lights, but they were a pain to wrap around. The battery pack was also too high for us to easy turn the lights on, plus we couldn’t hide it. Unfortunately the room doesn’t have light fixtures to get ceiling light. We don’t have the budget to change that. We also don’t want to spend much more than $30. The chandelier was left by the previous owner, so it’s not something we want to spend a lot on. Just looking to see if we can find some pretty highlights on it. Any ideas?
