Best tasting no spray grape

What would be the best grape for eating and which would require minimal or no spraying? I do not mind seeded grapes. I was thinking Concord, but then read some posts about Jupiter and Altwood (?)

My neighbor has a huge blue/ red grape vine which is never pruned. The grapes never ripen and instead shrivel up after the green stage and drop off. I figured they may have brown rot. Would this affect my grape vine if I planted it about 15 feet away from his (my vine would not touch his)?

Btw, thanks for all your previous help with my Surefire sour cherry. I have been bitten by the orchard bug and plan to squeeze blueberries, Triple crown blackberries, Poorman gooseberries and Rovada red currants into my tiny city backyard this year!
