New Shoes for my garden

I got the little sign from the JT and I painted it with that little saying I made up(-: The shoes were from the flea market. I got it all finished up yesterday and put out in the shoe garden.

I added them to my blog today(-:

Thanks, Lucy, yes i do have alot to be happy for. :) Theresa and Karyn, the 3rd pic is a rose. i dont know what type. all i know is it has been around a very very long time. My grandmother grew it and now i do as well. It has bunches of small double pink flowers and the plant has a very rambling vine like habbit. The leaves are very small as well. its like a climbing minature rose or something!!! Hummingbirds visit my clerodendrum everyday... i never get them in pic because the are so fast!!!

The gardens are along the back of our house. I have designed 3 mulched paths front to back so it goes path bed 1 path bed 2 then another path. Hubby made the 6x6 beds and filled in with organic soil and compost. I tried to draw it here... Hahaha we all called them thongs until a certain type of undergarment became mainstream. P.S.( Even though the pic has been removed) I think Glenda has really cute feet. Can't comment on the shoes. I hate my ugly feet, so I always admire cute feet.

consider a plant stand at the end of the L .... and secure it to the posts ... to increase your given space ... [just bungee cords or clothes line.. just so it doesnt blow over ...] congrats on the new place ... ken

Cute sign & love those shoes, remember when almost everyone in neighborhood had some. Some were painted with Dutch windmills & other things representing Holland. Jan
