Mexican Bean Beetle solution - wasps

Just a simple report on the efficacy of using Pediobius foveolatus wasps for the bean beetles. I have had a bad infestation by mid summer for several years so last summer I released the wasps when I saw the first small yellow spiny beetle larvae on the beans. Within several days the beetle larvae were gone. I saw a few near the end of the summer but never enough to cause problems. The cost was about $30.00.

Also used milky spore in the early spring and Japanese Beetles were down 90%. Not sure there is a correlation. Will see this year.
