I have tried and tried to post a picture -- my hat is off to anyone who succeeds -- I am shrinking back into the shadows of lurkdome -- this has frustrated me beyond anything I have ever attempted

I just copied and pasted, leaving off the IMG at the beginning and the end. Don't stop coming here. I
have been here since the beginning of garden junk in
the late 90's, and I still can't post a picture. I just look and try to answer questions when I can. Nobody
bothers me.....

You almost got it M. In your photobucket album, you should have 3 code choices. Gardenweb uses html - the middle choice. You chose the 3rd one IMG code used by boards that use UBB code & it doesn't work right on Gardenweb boards.

Yes, miss_m, please come back! I saw the pic, too, by doing as marti8a said. The fence looks really cool. That was a great idea. One that would make passersby take a second look.
I got my camera for Christmas and have been able to post pics now. Sometimes awkwardly, but I can get it done. Don't stop trying. Find something else to post just for the heck of it!

That's a gorgeous photo - I love the red barn in the background and the way the light is making shadows on the fence. It looks like a very peaceful place to be.

I agree, that's an excellent photo of your patriotic display. And I agree about not giving up. When you are typing your post in the forum box, put your cursor where you want your pic to be. Next open up your Photobucket site and go to the pic you want. Double click on the middle code, it will say "Copied." Then go back to the forum page and again put your cursor where you want your pic to be. Go to the very top menu bar of your screen and click on "Edit" the drop down menu will appear and then go to "Paste" and click on that - the HTML Code will appear in your forum post. It's when you hit the "Preview Message" button and the next page opens up that you will see your pic inside your post. You can add as many pics as you like to your forum post, just keep doing the same as above. When your done, hit the Preview Message button, get the next screen and then Submit Message. Your pics will appear in your post for all to see. Once you get the hang of it it's rather easy.
