Which photo site are you trying to bring your pictures from, Whimsy? I know something about PhotoBucket if that would help.

I was trying to use Adobe Photoshop but it really messed with my computer after I sent them...for the rest of the day, it would not load anything from this site without locking everything up! Today, so far, it seems to be working again, thank goodness. Yes, I would love to learn about photobucket if that would work for me. Thanks daisyme! :) Whimsy

Let's see...I'll cut and paste here from something I've sent out before. I'll leave some of the text in that you might not need in case someone else reading this could use it.

First of all, as you've figured out already, your pictures have to come from an outside source; you can't upload directly from your files. I can tell you about Photobucket, which I joined. (I am not at all tech savay by the way).

I'm going to assume you go to Photobucket's site and join there. It seemed really easy for me to click and set up my first album, and think you'll find the same. When you do this, on the right of the screen is a place to upload your pictures. Just click on "Brouse" there and find your picture in your computer files. Double click and the picture will appear in your Photobucket album lower on that same screen.

To add a picture here then, (it's easiest if both Photobucket and the Forum are open on your desktop)... in your Photobucket album just left click on the third item below your picture which is the HTML code. You will see that it says "copied". Then go to the post you are typing in the forum, put your curser where you want the picture in your text, and hit "paste". You will see what looks like gibberish, but when you go to "preview message" and look at the message as it will be sent, the photo has magically appeared! Then submit the message.

The only problem I had was that my photo files were too big for Photobucket to accept. (They were huge)I solved that by inserting the pics in an email to myself, and then copying the new pics into my files. (You may have smaller pics to start with or a program that lets you resize your pics easily.
