Brown rot eats Sugar Pearl for lunch

Just a heads up. This is the first year Sugar Pearl apricot has fruited for me. About the time Sugar Pearl was coming to ripe, we had rains every day. They were rotting despite sprays with the best modern chemistry has to offer.

I was loosing about 10 a day with daily sprays from a backpack. A few days ago I was so disgusted I quit spraying the tree altogether. Yesterday I pulled off about 30 with rot. Today, I decided to pick the whole tree and let them ripen inside. I probably discarded 75 with rot.

I've never seen anything like this.

I have a small Tomcot that is ripening about the same time and no BR at all with only the normal sprays.
