Peach tree leaves dying

My peach tree leaves seem to be dying off. This happened last year when I first bought the tree from Home Depot. I figured at that time that it was probably leaf curl and lime sulfer would probably take care of it. I managed to spray lime sulfer and dormant oil only once this winter. Well, the leaves seem to be dying now. Maybe it's a fungal infection? I'm thinking about spraying fungicide. I have a peach tree next to it from Gurney's that does not have this problem. Any thoughts on what might be the problem? Will my peach tree make it?
