Lucky Bamboo problem--yellow tips!

I have a lucky bamboo plant (actually a dracaena, but its common name is "lucky bamboo"). It has about a dozen stalks braided together with lots of nice leaves. It's planted in a clay pot with potting soil. I've had it for several months, and it's been happy near a windowsill. A few days ago, I noticed that many leaf tips have suddenly turned yellow (each yellow tip is roughly fingernail sized). Apart from the tip, each leaf is still a healthy green color. Do you know what's wrong with the plant?
