Oxalis triangularis lost color

salinea

I've had a an oxalis triangularis that I got as a single bulb about 2 years ago and it's propagated and flowered relatively well in its little pot. Unfortunately its gone from having leaves with a nice deep green on top and deep magenta or maroon underneath to being an overall rather pale green color. The soil dries out quickly and the plant gets droopy and yellows if I don't keep the soil wet.

Any suggestions as to what I should do to get the plant to look more like the one it came from? I think I planted it in some sort of cactus soil a while ago and I feed it all purpose Miracle Grow fertilizer maybe once a month. I'm glad I'm able to keep it alive hah hah but it's not the pretty little plant I know it could be.
