New bramble plantings-leaf problems on new canes

I puchased virus free stock from a certified nursery and began planting several varieties of raspberries last year as well as installing several potted "gold" raspberries from Lowe's. This is the first year that the bushes are bearing and there are lots of berries to pick.

However, there are MANY new shoots coming up that look quite puckered and distorted in the leaves. I am really concerned about the possibility that the dreaded raspberry leaf curl may have shown up in my new plantings as I don't know what else would do this.

It seems unbelievable that a new 4 row patch would become virally infected this way and so quickly. What do I do about these weird shoots while we are still picking berries? Must I destroy my entire bramble patch now? I'm quite bummed about this. It seems as though there are so many insects and diseases just lurking and waiting to destroy our efforts.
