I haven't ordered from any of the following. I came across them when I was searching for which apple varieties I wanted to get. Of the 3 you are looking for, Goldrush is the only one I am getting, though I strongly considered Kidds. But, since I'll be planting the trees this spring, I doubt I'll have any scion wood for a while. All of yours look good compared to mine. I have Metasequoia glyptostroboides ÂLittle Giant and 'Ogon'/'Goldrush'. Both from Greer Gardens. Both arrived as bare root plants in plastic bags in spring 2009 and didn't do anything the first summer except survive (barely). Now in 2010 ... the Ogon was appearing dead to me, so I moved it in desparation after my basement worked trashed a couple branches on it moving drywall into the basement. I moved it into a wet swale (thinking it needed more light and moisture)... in the front yard ... and it has since shown life again ... put is currently 95% twig and 5% bright yellow new growth. Similarly, the Little Giant also appeared dead, but is now putting on the first growth since emerging from a long winter of looking like a dead twig. It'll be interesting to see if these live at 6500' in Colorado or not. So far, mine look so pathethic I haven't posted any pictures.

hollysprings, we run the machine about 3 times each day, which is one medium to large, one medium and one medium to small. Those 3 loads are for about 6 bath towels, two of those thicker plus other assorted laundry, usually always 'warm' and 'Cottons' 'Medium'. This is the same way we always used these GE top-load washers. MRB, perhaps the machine is doing that again : On the first machine water came out I was told because a seal on the vertical shaft got worn out, or during failure the machine tried to spin when still in the agitation cycle, or vice versa. On the replacement machine water seems to come out when there is a little too much water above the clothing, usually when we selected large, as I mentioned there are also very large and super load levels which we never use. We are not perfect, and when we judge the clothing level to be higher than it actually is and select the load accordingly too high then it might splash. Again on past machines we never had to worry about that. See it this way, both of us are college educated, I am an engineer, We should be fully qualified to operate this machine. I should not be required to study rocket science for that. None of the concerns is mentioned in the user's manual. I should be able to throw the clothing and detergent in, select what is approximately correct per the users manual, push start, and that machine does its job for 6 years without a problem. In case I pay too little for the machine, it should perhaps do a poor job washing, aka clothes staying dirty, but should not break down every month! Bernd

@3onthetree How do your normally raise the floor level for slab to get the sewer slope correctly? Do you just add sand or 3/4 gravel? The clean-out in the back of the house is 4" pipe that is 16" deep. If I put the bathroom toward the house (North side) as @cpartist suggested it will be 45' away from the house(clean-out). If I put the bathroom in the back (south side, it will be 75' from the house (clean-out). I talked to the contractor who I know, and he said that he fellow whatever the plan specifies regarding the slope or whether to add sand or gravel. I got myself in the schedule with the architecture. He suppose to start on August... Everyone is busy down here. If I go from the main connection in the front of the house, to get the correct slope, it will cost about $10k more ( about 120' from the main sewer).
