Your pictures could help, but grapevines are pretty easy. When new, they need tons of water, but you say yours are established. Hmmmmmmmm All the grape growers in the world are here:

Nancy: As grapes bloom and the small fruit form the changes come quickly. Before bloom there is a little green bud, hundreds of them on each flower cluster. After flowering most of the fruit aborts and falls off. The little grapes then grow rapidly. So just be patient, things will settle down and you will have clusters of small grapes, quickly changing to large grapes. That's one thing I like about grapes, they change quickly.

Your observations sound normal to me.

Your picture shows a grape in bloom. Entirely normal.

Looks like a very healthy grape in full bloom. You have nothing to worry about

Those "tiny grapes falling off" are the caps on the flowers. Grape flowers don't have petals, but instead have a cap that drops off and exposes the reproductive parts. You should start seeing tiny grapes forming in about a week.

Thank you everyone for your help it really helped, I have never seen a grape plant in bloom. Now I see the grapes growing very fast every day.
